As founder and CEO of SinoSEE, Beatrice has helped SMEs with their internationalization process for the past 10 years and since 2014 has committed to her own enterprise. 

From market research to specific business plans, her professionality and constant presence in China, successfully supported Italian and foreign companies through the whole process of commercial exchange with Chinese counterparts.

Her versatile experience in various sectors, from automotive to F&B, concretely meet her areas of expertise: Management, China operation development, and Business development.

Vivian Shen

Chinese FDI Manager

Based in Shanghai with broad experience in Chinese state-owned companies as the direct contact with foreign buyers, Vivian is an ideal partner for both parties.

Her extensive network and her consolidated background in supporting Chinese investors to deal with foreign counterparts grant her a pivotal role in the China management business.

Vivian is an expert in finance, bank management, and investment, fields where she stands out for her communication abilities, resilience, and conflict solving.

Federica Pacini

Marketing & Communication

With a background in retail and sales, Federica has been working and collaborating with marketing and communication agencies in Shanghai for the past seven years.

Familiar with the difficulties that international companies face when landing in the vast Chinese marketing landscape, be it e-commerce, product placement, or brand image and communication, Federica believes that there is no such thing as a single path to China. 

Among her clients and projects: IM campaigns for Carlsberg Group; brand events for luxury brands such as Zegna, Bulgari, and Gucci; localization for global holdings like TWE and multinational as Shake Shack.
